Mani K-Files 25mm are hand-operated endodontic files used for negotiating, cleaning, and shaping the root canal system. Manufactured in Japan by Mani Inc., these files are crafted from Mani's proprietary 18-8 hard-fiber stainless steel, which delivers sharp, mirror-finished cutting edges and high ductility for predictable performance during reciprocating and lifting strokes. The 25mm working length is the most widely used size in everyday endodontics, suitable for the majority of anterior, premolar, and molar canals where standard access is achievable. K-Files feature a square cross-section and tighter flute spiral, producing a cutting motion that combines filing and reaming, making them ideal for initial canal scouting and apical preparation. Each box contains 6 files of a single ISO size or assortment. All standard ISO sizes are available, from ultra-fine #06 and #08 for delicate apical negotiation through to larger #80–#140 for wider canals. The color-coded silicone handles enable rapid chairside identification, while the PBT shank ensures dimensional stability across multiple sterilization cycles. Mani's 18-8 stainless steel formulation resists corrosion after repeated autoclaving, giving each file a clinically useful lifespan well above generic alternatives.
